Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise. Pilates aims to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. This slow and controlled approach to exercise can help to relieve stress and tension, aid back problems, assist in injury rehabilitation and improve body awareness. All abilities welcome! Bring equipment if needed.
