We are open 7 days a week for classes, sporting activity and of course food & drink in our new wellbeing cafe, our new timetable can be viewed here.
We are working hard to provide a timetable for all ages, our activities and classes will develop over the coming months and as things hopefully become a little less restricted, we look forward to maximising the number of people using the centre at the same time.

Your health & safety is of paramount importance to us and risk assessments have been undertaken to minimise risk, Covid 19 restrictions are in place and every user of the centre needs to use the Test & Trace system in place, face coverings should be worn and physical distance rules respected. Users will undertake all activities at their own risk and no responsibility will be taken or accepted for accidents or injuries whilst undertaking any centre activity or class.
Our new wellbeing cafe, with its fresh and healthy menu options will be open for breakfast and hot and cold drinks.
