This class is specifically designed to cater for the more mature members of our community or for anyone looking for a low impact form of exercise that still raises the heart rate. Simple movement patterns encourage mobility in the joints and spine, helps to maintain muscle strength and challenge co-ordination skills.
Participants have the option of remaining seated for the whole class – perfect those who have issues with stability. Equally, all exercises can be adapted to provide greater challenge. In this class, you really can work at your own pace. All to uplifting, feel good music and a stretch component to finish.
