Group fitness classes for people in their 40’s, 50’s & beyond. Offering a warm and friendly welcome.
Classes will be 45 minutes, exercises will be a mix of aerobic and strength training, suitable to age and ability.
I want to build a community for all of us to enjoy, support each other and above all, have fun!
Classes are aimed at people who want to get into fitness, maintain fitness levels and those who want to get back into exercise.
