Mindful Yoga

Yoga is a whole mind and body practice that can build strength, flexibility and improve balance. Yoga may also help manage pain and reduce stress. These Mindful Yoga classes are a slower-paced, adaptation of Indian Hatha yoga, sometimes using support props such as chairs. Mindful Yoga combines Buddhist mindfulness practices, with physical postures and movement, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Open to all levels of experience- beginners welcome!
